Padding is read with a depth gauge on an uncompressed pair at two fixed points: the centre of the ball of the foot and the centre of the heel seat. Flex angle is the angle the forefoot reaches when the sole is bent by hand against a held heel and kept there for three seconds. Both are averaged over three pairs in size EU 38 and rounded to the nearest whole unit. The full method.

Care

Wipe with a dry cloth after wear. Use a neutral leather cream every eight to ten wears and let it absorb for twenty minutes before buffing. Dry away from direct heat. Full care guide.

Chromium VI: Leather parts comply with the limit of 3 mg/kg.
Azo dyes: Dyed parts comply with the restriction on azo colourants that release listed aromatic amines.
Nickel release: Metal trim in prolonged skin contact complies with the nickel release limit.
