Who operates this site

caljofrecalcado.baby is operated by CALJOFRE - FABRICA DE CALÇADO LDA, a private limited company (sociedade por quotas) established under Portuguese law with its registered office at Rua 25 de Abril n.º 124, 4650-128 Idães, Felgueiras, Portugal.

Lofra is the trading name under which this company sells women’s footwear directly to consumers on this site. Contracts concluded here are concluded with CALJOFRE - FABRICA DE CALÇADO LDA.

Company identification

The placeholders above are fields we will not invent. They are completed by the operator from the commercial register before the store begins taking payments, and this page is the record of that.

What we sell

Women’s closed flat and low-heeled footwear, and the replaceable insoles and care products that go with it. Sales are outright purchases. There is no membership, no subscription, no recurring charge, no stored value and no loyalty scheme of any kind on this site.

Prices are shown and charged in USD (United States dollars). Portuguese IVA at 23% is included in the price on orders delivered inside Portugal. Orders delivered outside the European Union are sold without IVA; any import duty or tax charged on arrival is payable by the recipient.

Every product page carries the three-part footwear materials label required by Directive 94/11/EC before an order can be placed, together with the padding and flex readings for that pair and the measured foot length each size is cut for.

Supervisory authorities

Consumer protection and market surveillance in Portugal are exercised by:

• Direção-Geral do Consumidor (DGC) — the national consumer authority.
• Autoridade de Segurança Alimentar e Económica (ASAE) — economic and food safety enforcement, including product labelling.
• Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) — the data protection authority. See our privacy notice.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to us first at support@caljofrecalcado.baby. Most things are settled in a single exchange.

You may also file a complaint in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico. We are required to answer a complaint filed there within 15 working days and to forward it to the competent authority. The link to it is permanently in the footer of every page of this site.

Hosting and technical operation

This site is served over HTTPS from a commercial cloud hosting platform within the European Union and the United States. Card payment pages are served by our payment service provider on their own infrastructure and are not part of this site. See payments and security.

The text, product photography, diagrams, page structure and the Lofra name and mark on this site belong to CALJOFRE - FABRICA DE CALÇADO LDA or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, adapted or used commercially without written consent.

Nothing on this site is intended to reproduce, imitate or evoke the distinctive shapes, marks or designs of any other footwear brand. If you believe something here infringes a right of yours, write to support@caljofrecalcado.baby with the detail and we will look at it promptly.

Accuracy of published measurements

The padding, flex, heel height and width figures published on this site are our own readings, taken by the method set out on the measurement page. They are averaged over three pairs in size EU 38 and rounded to the nearest whole unit, and normal manufacturing variation applies.

These are physical descriptions of a product. They are not, and must not be read as, a statement about foot health, a claim of any treatment effect, or advice of any medical kind. Where the site filters products by the hours you spend standing, that filter operates only on these published readings and is described as such wherever it appears.
